DDR2 800 MHz Non-ECC and ECC Unbuffered Memory Validation Results
Listed below are the results of testing a small sample of DDR2 DIMM modules on Intel® chipset-based motherboards. We are providing this information as a guide to module performance with Intel® chipset platforms. This testing is not intended to replace the normal OEM component qualification process. For results on specific Intel® motherboards or OEM production motherboards, please refer to the OEM's list of qualified memory suppliers.
Summary of chipsets used in testing
DDR2 800 MHz Non-ECC modules were tested with the Intel® Q965, G965, P965 Express Chipset-based reference boards. DDR2 800 MHz ECC modules were tested with the Intel® 3210 Series Chipset-based reference boards. DDR2-800 testing was performed at CL5 latency conditions. Part numbers for CL5-tested memory are listed below. Intel chipsets that support DDR2-800 also support the corresponding CL6 part number.
